its still possible to do subani's legacy u just need a hyper tele rock and be like lv 95 since the monsters in there are strong> explorers r recommend since u can transfer the rock between characters and teleport inside the clock tower via world map in nlc

do Marcel's quest in ludi quest the one were u kill monsters
quest 1 50 ratz
quest 2 70 or 80 black rratz
quest 3 35 propellys and 35 planeys
#4 25-30 black and king blocks
#5- 1 rombot reward>1 gfa 60 or 10%

you can still do subani's legacy but you need tp rock to go to mesogears

There's a quest for a 70% gfa in nlc (that weird hooded npc somewhere). It's better than nothing i presume.

Gallopera's drop them. They are located in the map where you enter to fight Scarlion and Targa.

Hunt for it or buy it from other people.
