With the price of every other set piece being 50m-100m, will lionheart battle capes ever deflate enough so that a full set may be feasible to more people?

The other pieces are so cheap because they actually DROP. The recipe for the cape drops, but not the cape itself. It also requires 200 dream fragments to make, which in Scania go for around 5m each.
