Regarding Classes after Red Update

So, I was wondering which class would become the strongest after Red update... Please list your ideas and any facts to support it. currently my main is my xenon but I know xenon will be crap after update and just wondering if db would be worth making with the same amount of funding as my xenon... thanks for your information and have a good day

Now don't get me wrong, trying to deal more damage in and on itself is good (hell, it's pretty much 80% of the game). Whenever I change equipments I aim to make a net positive on my damage range too. But there's "I will try to find/scroll the best weapon for the class I enjoy to play", and then there's "as soon as a new class/buff comes out I wil NEVER lay eyes on this character again". Such fickle people have yet to grow as a person.[/quote]

That wasn't my point...
Just because someone wants to play for damage doesn't mean they have to be the next "Fangblade or Tiger or whatever". Different people have different versions of what they define as being strong. Here's an example: if someone who wants to play for damage starts out playing as an Aran because they heard they're able to reach high damage fairly early, and then later switches to a Xenon, they'll come to the realization that Xenon is far superior to Aran, and will then stick to the Xenon because it is stronger and feeds their enjoyment of playing for damage more than the Aran did.

Fangblade and Tiger aren't even relevant in this community anymore(at least imo). I don't really think anyone wants to be like them.

Why is this a no? Everyone has their own way of getting enjoyment out of the game. I see nothing wrong with it. Bandwagoners are easily one of Nexon's primary income anyway.

The most boring classes.

F/Ps definitely get the best buffs out of the mages. I didn't look into the other classes much so I won't comment on those.

Quite frankly after the RED update, there are so many adventurers I want to try. In my opinion, DRKs and BMs look the most fun. Mages got some beastly revamps too. Thieves didn't get as much for flashy skills, but their damage is better than ever. Again, this is probably a patch where i can say for once: Damage won't really matter. Whichever you think is the most fun is the way to go.

Its mainly a balance. It gives class a head start on what they're good at(ex: F/Ps have MUCH better DoT, Bow Masters have better DPS, etc.)
I wouldn't say there is a strongest class overall. However, I would lean towards F/Ps, Corsairs, Paladins, and Dark Knights.

how about you play a class for a reason instead of being powerful

Xenons won't be "crap", they're still slightly above average even after the nerf.
