This would mean; If you use this potion AFTER crafting potted earrings, belts, and such... What would happen?

Someone should verify whether this works with cubes or not

it has been proven that rings already have a set pot when they are hidden (rare/epic/unique/legendary) and you can't change that not even using premium glasses

this potion only works for items that you get from reward/drop AND when you add a pot scroll to an item

it doesn't work for alreaddy potted items that you had before

I have the one that only works in Abyss. Would it work if I use the potion, do monster park, get items, go back to abyss and reveal them there?

Correct, you need to buy the rings after using the potion and buy them from the shop, not another person.

Theres 2 kinds of potions, normal star potions and sparkling star potions, normal only works inside the abyss. Sparkling works outside of the abyss (anywhere for that matter) so normal is probably the most cost efficient one for cube runs but say if your buying tempest rings, you need a sparkling one for their chances to be unique to go up (since theres no tempest shop inside root abyss)

it won't always, but it increases the chance of it becoming unique. You get the potion (limited amount per day so only 1 or 2 people PER DAY can buy it) by finding the abyss merchant Fredric who randomly spawns after defeating a seal keeper boss in root abyss.

If i use the Potion and THEN use Potential Scroll on something, it WILL become Unique? o_o and HOW i get the potion? Killing normal bosses on Root Abyss?

No because potential is determined the moment an item is generated, if you buy the rings AFTER you activate the sparkling black stars potion, then yes it'll have a higher chance to be unique.

No, Once you obtain an item with a hidden potential the predetermined potential has already been locked.
Dropping it will do nothing, Just do Monster Park once your potion has been activated

Do note by the way my friend, it also works if say you: go into the abyss, use the potion, and then cube. Every time an item has its potential reset the item will have a higher chance to become unique than normal, so this is still a very powerful item nonetheless.

They do, but you must get them AFTER you've activated the effect of the sparkling black star potion (since the normal one doesn't work outside of root abyss)
since potential is determined the moment an item is generated.

Hidden potentials are predetermined. (The pot is already there before you reveal) So unless you bought the rings while you were in Root Abyss, as far as I can interpret, the potion won't even work on your rings.

Im assuming the potion only works on items that drop from mobs/bosses etc. etc. Not use the potion in abyss and anything you reveal (if you previously had it) will have a chance to be unique.
