Re-equiping a Marksman, Un-equiping a Corsair
Hey everyone,
I quit my marksman a while ago and I gave all my stuff to my brother (a corsair), and he sold it and bought sair stuff. But now he quit and I want to come back.
If you know any corsair, jett or anyone looking for a good gun, I'm selling one:
VIP Gun: 159att, 30% Bossing Damage, 6% Total Damage, Crap Line, (B) +4% Total Damage. (7 Enhances)
...Or I could trade it for an equivalent crossbow (with bossing).
I got a question though. With empress gear prices so low, is it worth taking the set? Or go for VIP? With VIP I could get any equips, so it would be much easier to get
%dex...I remember having 112% dex. So, would it be worth taking the empress set? and how hard would it be to get %dex on those considering I have no NX to cube?
PS: Also selling 15% dex, 5 Wep.att (3L Unique), (C) +1% Dex Lv100 Pirate Shoes.

If you're going to suggest something irrelevant to what the OP is asking for then just don't post. There's a difference between correcting someone's facts and trying to force an opinion on him. He wants to play his Marksman; let it be.
Full Empress is end-game equipment, it's what every player should be aiming for. The problem is you'll need to self-cube, which is quite luck based. And the optimal scrolling method which is common is tossing Chaos Scrolls for attack, another gamble. But the equipment set bonus itself is great, and you can slowly work at cubing it.
Personally I'd say go for Empress, but I'm not too sure what other choices Marksmen have available for them. You might be able to get more damage with other methods, but they will never outdo Empress in the long-term if the Empress is properly scrolled and cubed.
I bet it's because of the hyper skills isn't it?
