If everyone started the game at level 250 hitting max damage, and every boss had like 1 HP, then everyone would be at endgame, their final destination basically. No need to "waste" time merching to buy stronger gear, no need to grind for months to get to 250, no funding/damage gap, no worries about class balance. Everything would be fair. But would that game be any fun?

@itoldyounoob: Well unless you're hitting cap you can activate it and go into a boss and kill it faster for 2 minutes. Works for me lol.

The rune still gives 2x to lvl 200+ if that's what youre implying...

@ox0shad0w0xo funded people wouldn't need the rune for more dps tho o-o they'd just 1H the map.

More like funded people use the rune and go "Yes! More DPS for 2 minutes"

Meh, I can understand it. The equipment upgrades needed after DIpq to do Stronghold is pretty ridiculous for the unfunded. Either you have connections that can help you reach 200 or you struggle your way there.

Levelling to 200 is kind of a joke now, even for unfunded. I made a BW when they got revamped on a fresh account with no funds AT ALL, no link skills, evo rings, or anythng but potions, and I got to 200 in 3 days .-.
