Why do people still play this game if its crappy?
Discuss, I still play this because Idk. I could've quit months ago yet I'm still playing. Why do you still play?
Probably when ms2 comes to global I'll quit permanently. But some people are like "This game sucks!" But yet you still play? I'm the same actually lol
It's a bad game, yet it's still a good game at the same time. It just depends on the person I guess.

It's a waste to keep playing if the only reason you do is because it's a waste to quit.

ppl still play mostly because of all of the money, time and effort they spent in the game. its safe to say its the main reason that holds the majority back towards just quitting. the game has turned into pure crap. its nothing but a money game where the necessary skill cap is too easy to reach.
I quit several months ago and selling all of my gear recently only made it easier for me not to want to play ever again.
I think it's fun.
Plain and pure addiction. Whacking 2D monsters has become my default stress-reliever. Can't quit for real until the game shuts down.
No other game has kept my attention for longer than a month or so. Maplestory for how bad the newer updates are (funded wise) and how much Nexon screws the average unfunded players like me I still log in because there is no other game like this.
Because some people invest so much into this game that there's no quitting until they sell everything they've wasted their time on.
