I relapsed today
three days without eating any junk food and I relapsed on mcdonalds today.
I was so hungry and I couldn't afford to pass on a mcflurry and a mcdouble on my way home from work.
i feel so guilty...

Have to tell the brain's reward system that it isn't actually a reward. Think about all the negatives associated with it and the emptiness of the nutrition.
have you tried using fruit as a substitute for junk food because I do that.
