Piercing Arrows charge.
Can someone tell me how effective it is to just shoot immediately rather than waiting for the charge on Pierce? Also, it would be great if someone could provide some damage comparisons like:
Fully-charged Pierce vs. Uncharged Pierce
Blizzard vs. Uncharged Pierce

I say pierce over blizzard ALL THE TIME in LHC, one because they are strong against ice so it wouldn't be effective. Two, because pierce %dmg is much much greater than blizzard so even uncharged should be higher than blizzard.
