Was this hair ever released?

Was this hair ever released? I haven't seen anyone with it so far strolling around, so I'm assuming it was never released.

Hey! Thanks. You'll see my head popping in and out on Basil sometimes Recently just came back, yet again. I was really hoping to see that this hair was released while I was gone for a bit. Guess I'll have to dream a little longer ~_~;;
