PQ Reward EXP isn't affected by multipliers.. Only their mobs.

@AfroAmerican: Definitely. I went at lvl 121 (still currently 121 lol) and its super fun its all based on party levels, so anyone 120+ can do it.. just try going with people no higher than 15 levels higher than you, cause you tend to get lower exp and you miss a LOT more... oh and a heads up, ME does NOT work with wings on... so its kinda pointless having PP on until last boss~
@mctwister is it any good for a 12x? Like could a group of averagely funded 120's take it on?
i don't know about you, but i had some fun in pvp.
