It just doesn't show the expiration date. You can see this issue in "Known bugs".

You're not alone. I've accidentally dropped several of my untradeable items, including some "decent end-game" gear. Nothing too amazing, but I definitely spent money on cubing them.

Nope. It's under "Text", not "Functionality", meaning even by design it will expire - it just doesn't say so. I know what you were getting at, but it doesn't apply.
Agreed on the CoGs but I think those are fine. They would've retroactively put them up in the bug list realizing the error if it fell under the same umbrella as the pendant.
That is correct. Nexon has indeed acknowledged the fact that the pendent is missing its expiration date. I'd rather have it permanently, but hey, it's Nexon's decision. If anything, since the bug list is always so long, maybe Nexon should just take a few months before they "fix" this issue.
Another concern I have is the fact that lately, Nexon has putting one week expiration dates on all hot-time items. The chaos of goodness and the innocence scroll we received this weekend also did not have a listed expiration date. I hope they keep those perm.
It's not suppose to be permanent. Nexon acknowledged it in the bug list so they're probably fix it at some point.
Either it actually does have an invisible expiration date, or it was actually permanent the whole time and Nexon is going to apply a patch to give it an expiration date.
i believe that if nexon neglected to say otherwise on the item, it should be perm.
but knowing the way this game works, i can't help but still be a little skeptical.

i have a lot of untradeable things... i was quickly clearing out some of that stuff and inadvertently dropped it.

Ouch. If it makes you feel any better, I never got it. Looked at the info on the site, determined it wasn't worth coming on for. Definitely would have had I known it was perm.

It is permanent, though some people say that Nexon didn't mean it to be permanent, although I doubt it. So yeah, it's perm and can only be used with one character and is not account shareable.
