Best Upgrade Path to follow?

OK, so I have about a 325k range right now, 210% boss, 84% PDR. I am currently using

- 70% spell trace perfect scrolled Faf 2h sword - 226 Att, 60% Boss Damage, 9% Crit
- 20% Boss, 9% Crit Damage
- clean cRA top and bottom other than their crap epic pots
- a 3% str cRA helm
- clean reinforced gollux pendant/belt/earrings
- 1 star 6% str tyrant cape
- decently scrolled superior gollux ring and reinforced ring, reinforced has 6% STR on it
- 9% str Unleashed Ring
- DACR
- unique 18% str emblem
- So Gong's Gloves
- crappily scrolled miester shoulders with crap pot
- 6% str level 110 warrior boots
- 38 All Stat 36 Att Beryl Heart with crap epic pot
- 7% str SW tattoo and glasses
- 6% str Ghost Ship Exorcist Badge
- and a 5 Att ES square

I have about 5b in funding to use, and a perfect scrolled superior gollux earrings that I am not using (because I lack the other pieces of the set). What of the following would best utilize my money?
a) Buy two Superior Gollux Pendants. (2b ea in GAZED)(I have the extra slot available), and capitalize on the Superior set effect and the perfect scrolled earrings?
b) Buy a 25% Boss Neb for my weapon? (3.2-3.4b in GAZED) and save up a bit for another for my secondary web?
c) Buy a Tyrant Belt (4b in GAZED). (I won't be able to use these until I get the Superior Pendants)
d) Save up for Tyrant Boots (8b)
e) Buy cubes/cube materials and try to get my equips to 9% str ea or my emblem to get some form of Att%?
f) Enhance my sword w/ protection scrolls and AEEs
g) Enhance my Tyrant cape? (I don't know if protection scrolls work on them)
h) Buy NX using meso and get the MLH Totems/Pocket item
