@Jyenna: I don't have an updated video yet, my damage output on most bosses did increase about 10m since I repotted my weapon and bonus potentials. I'll upload one after the bonus cube sale ends : )

edit; fully buffed, I do about 30-35m on CV. I'm still working on getting more PDR.

do you possibly have an updated list of your equipment or a video?
i'm thinking about making a move to kaiser since my damage output potential with a demon slayer is well, very bad (or rather diminishes pretty fast), but i don't know how much damage i'll be doing as a kaiser versus bosses like cvel.

@Jyenna: Yes I believe so, I do not recognize any other speed buffs on this kaiser. Although, I don't know exactly if he has IA attack speed, because there's a chance he might be running 30% crit rate on IA.

edit; basically you'll be near that speed without IA attack speed, with just SI + MPE Green pot (which is what most people aim for end game). IA attack speed is pretty hard to land because of the insane pool of potentials you can possibly get.

Skill delay gets rounded up to the nearest multiple of 30ms, so whatever skill you're testing might have the same delay at 1 and 0.

You can go way under the speed cap, but past some point you're at risk of d/cing. That point an only be reached with like... BT green card, SI, inner ability, green pot... or AYA. You really need to try hard to actually d/c

Pree sure 0 is dead cap.
You can use a fast 4 wep and test it at dojo.

Try looking for a rune of swiftness for that combination you got going.
