Question on Super Miracle Cubes

As seen on the chart here:
http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Potentials-and-Miracle-Cubes.html

it says that Super Miracle Cubes (the middle yellow ones) do not raise to Legendary tier.
But I swear that they did, before Revolutionary and Enlightening cubes came out.

I guess they changed it, but is it a proven fact that they don't raise to Legendary anymore?

Fusing doesn't cause this? To set the potential differently?

@aimlogo: If you're still wondering,

That should cover what you asked, since I'm confusing apparently.
Technically fusing wise, even if you fuse 2 items with potential, it could come out with no potential at all. So that's not always true, fusing doesn't always *reset* potential.

@ilikefoodand When you reveal the potential on an item that you have just fused or looted, it has a certain chance to be Rare/Epic/Unique. When you cube, there is zero chance of skipping tiers.

Let's say I use a cube on a Rare item, it's impossible that the item will skip the Epic tier, so it will either stay Rare or become Epic.

@ilikefoodand There's a difference between revealing potentials from fused items and cubing...

@harrything: So you can't fuse something and get epic/unique? That is still revealing a potential, which skipped tiers.
It will RESET to legendary. It cannot AUTOMATICALLY go to legendary.

If you look at the last 2 cubes, you will see that those "Can increase to legendary", meaning, if your item is Rare or epic, it can directly go to legendary tier, skipping any other ones.

The cube you're talking about doesn't the ability to do so. (According to the chart)
This is confusing and makes no sense. I've never seen an item go rare to unique/legendary, and I don't think they're able to.
