How dont i have permanent Fc?
I have 33% buff duration from inner ability
15% buff duration from mechanic S card
and -3% cooldown from mercedes card
After i did the math, i should have 88.8 seconds of Final cut with 88 second cooldown, yet for me I have around 3 seconds~ between final cutes

It's the server lag like everyone said. To eliminate the 3 second cooldown, you can level your Mercedes to lvl 100 (cd --> 87 seconds) and [b](a)[/b] get a shoes with decent co so your base cooldown becomes 88 seconds (cd --> 85 seconds), [b](b)[/b] train your Mech to lvl 200 (duration --> 91.8), [b](c)[/b] train your Mercedes (cd --> 86; least effective), and [b](d)[/b] find a hat with -2 sec cooldown potential.
To me, (a) is the most plausible but you would have to sacrifice better potential on your shoes. (b) is permanent and is the most effective, but it takes longer. (c) is the least effective and (d) is hard to come by. Resetting your inner ability for higher %duration is highly not recommended.[/quote]

nah shad lost their appeal when they lost assaulter
by unlimited ill be playing xenon
for some reason i find no point in playing a class once it hit lv 200
but ill stick to my DB more since he is a lot stronger compare to my shad
I have +45% buff duration (30% from 2 S-ranked mech cards and 15% from inner ability) and 4% cooldown reduction from an S-ranked mercedes card totalling up to a buff lasting 87 seconds with a cooldown of 86.4 seconds. There is still a delay in between FC expiring and the buff being recastable.
To answer your question there seem to be a small delay until FC can be used again, therefore having the exact amount will still leave you with some second off. Forced me to recube my 33% buff duration cause i was annoyed to hell with the delay. :c
the fact that it doesnt affect hyper thats is why no long care to get it
now does this buff duration increase ab link skill buff?
And i preay they let it affect hypers o.o

Unfortunately with the upcoming Card Deck effect update though...
You'll go from 2 decks to 3 but can only have 1 character type in your whole deck.. So only 1 mech allowed through the 3 decks.
Would be a good idea to lv one of your mechs to 200 if possible.

how many circ's did 33%buff duration take you?
Mine is pretty much unlimited.
I have 2 S mech cards (15x2) = 30 %
