How to get circulators?
I got 7 ranked-5 circulators when i hit level 31 in honor, but I don't remember getting any between levels 25 and 30, so.. which levels gives you circulators?

U have to wait long enough when u level up honor lvl to get the circulator. If u leave room too fast, u won't get them.Andu need one use slot.
ooo, SilverBladez, thanks, if i recall, when i got to 31, i didnt click okay because I was chatting with guildies, then got circulators, the other times i just click okay and go

Everyone who thinks it's random is WRONG. It's a stupid system of nexon that made this happening.
And everytime you didn't get any circulators is because of server lag.
How?
Well look, once you level up your honor level which is always inside azwan PQ you'll get your circulators a few seconds after you leveld.
However, if you click ''Okay'' or esc to be sent back to soon then you will NOT gain any circulators.
I didn't get any circulators for at least 25 levels out of the 49 I got and sent a ticket to nexon.
First ticket: Automated message.
Second ticket: Automated message.
Third ticket: Said there's no issue with Azwan honor levels.
....
How to fix it? Simply wait long enough when you level before you leave the room.
^ there's no such thing as rank 2 anymore, only rank 8, rank 5 and special circulators
OT: I think it's glitched so after some lvls you don't get circulators.
I'm currently level 30 and I'm getting Rank 2 Circulators.
I don't think it depends on your honour level that it would give Circulators. It gives them randomly when you finish Azwan once or something.
