Inner Ability and Circulators
I have 100~ rank-5 circulators and 40~ special circulators and level 47 Honor. Right now i have 33% buff duration as one line of inner and crap as the other
Do I use in hope of boss% or more buff duration or should i wait till level 60 honor for 3 lines of inner?

I have B rank merc (3% cooldown reduction) A rank Mech (15% buff duration) and my inner ability. Although the math gives me permanent FC, apparently i don't because of server lag or something. I could get merc to 100, but that's not the topic atm

I need 35% or more... My final cut is like 3 seconds from permanent which i'm told is because of server lag(the math for the skill cooldown and buffduration gives me perm final cut) So... I should get to 60 for 3 lines of inner ability and then do it?

OT: with that many, you should try getting to 70 honor :o
I tried to get %bossing with 120 special and i gotten it once and it was 1%
