I tried to use on Kanna and AB, but it didn't let me, what characters allow it to be used?

it is tradable between characters, but when i try to retrieve from storage it says this item cannot be shared
i got mine from Demon Slayer
I saved 12 level 70 potions from 2011. I'll be the 1st level 100 Xenon.
