Equip help/progression ?
Aight. So I have a hero in the making. Using 1B-1.5B as a benchmark:
1) Will the clean empress set (excluding cape and wep) be more effective than the regular 6%/9% equips?
2) Will a near perfect ST w/ or w/o good potential be sufficient as an end-game weapon until very late levels? Or is there some other effective approach to a weapon that isnt too far out of reach for the amount funding?
Any other info related to this will help !
Yes I will merch if necessary if the mesos goal is not long ways away. 1B may not be a lot nowadays, but its been a big milestone for myself without nx except for a permit

I have a couple of questions left
1) How would i go onto cubing the 2L u/h rare ST? get 3 lines? epic? att? leave it?
2) is a 4 piece empress still a viable route if you still have 3%/4% str equips?
I was thinking about my funding at the moment, I have full empress set (except cape) and about 2bil to get the cape when i can freaking find one.
I would definately say that I had general 3-6% items before I saved and sold them for my clean empress stuff. And I feel slightly weaker at the moment, but I can assure myself once I get the cape that 30 atk and 30% boss will be worth it I hope.
1) If you cant afford even the wep, let alone the cape, definately those %str items.
I used a 126att ST from 15x-200.
How long will a 140 att unpotted ST take to get replaced anytime soon? Will it be worth the sacrifice to scroll some equips for dex instead of str to get the 120 dex? I doubt the atk speed boost from the inner ability will be easy to get
