Paladin

Paladin or Demonslayer

I wanted to create a new character but I cant really choose.
Ive made a thread about this before but I didnt get the responses I seeked.

They both have great def and status resist.
They both have health recovering skills.

Demonslayers have more dark (ish) animations.
Pallys have multiple elements.

I know they arent dmg dealing classes but I love they can survive.

So lets say they both have received their revamp.
Demon slayer with their rebuff along with mercs and Cs.

And pallys revamp along with heroes and drks , Which is more worth playing or does it even matter?

The element advantage is what makes paladins so cool, because if a boss has a weakness
Then youve got it in one of your charges.
The problem about me playing my paladin is that its in scania and I have like 0 funds there
My demonslayer is in khaini and i have more stuff here.
I'd say Demon slayers are more ideal for bossing.
Paladins are really hindered by their elemental skills at the higher-end bosses like PB, Empress, and Hilla. (._.)
Even with a 90k range my damage is... rather pitiful.

It sucks seeing your damage reduced to like 1/4th it's norm on ele strong bosses. xP
Well the warrior update where that gets fixed is pretty soon so I wouldn't call that a problem just yet.

They aren't the same but I absolutely LOVE both my Pally and Demon. I actually almost quit my Paladin for my Ds when they came out lol.

Both are more "survivability" oriented characters. Paladins have god-like Defense with god-awful damage. Demons have great Defense with Okay damage. I like the skills of my Demon and it's playstyle, but I just love the whole "warrior of light" theme and unstoppable playstyle of my Paladin.

then perhaps get your paladin to a higher level, when you max a few skills? then you can decide which you prefer to go on to 200.

if you want opinions, i like paladins because of the high defense and all that. i don't really like demon slayers cos i find their skills rather ugly (so dark and can't really see...), and I find them a little too OP for my liking. besides, ds have ugly faces LOL. im guessing you are alright to pretty funded, so your paladin will have decent dmg and high defense. with the future revamp, paladin's defense becomes.. overpowered. idk about demon slayers, don't follow their revamps and stuff.

Well I dont really need dmg to have fun I think surviving is more important.
Descent dmg will do.

Yea as stated I posted a thread about this before but I just didnt get much responses or answers at all that helped.

I have a demonslayer yes thats what makes the decision tough honestly, my demonslayer is already 180, so its a very good place to start.
But then their paladins I have one of those also at level 134.
They seem like pretty even classes to me so it makes it a tough decision.

tell us what you want your character to be like? godly defense, or high dmg, or what? and did you put one of these polls in ds forums too? if its here, 99% of the responses will be biased. better to put in warrior forums but may get trolled lol.
and from your player list, you already got a demon slayer... so i guess try a paladin?
