Fun class to play
I want a class that's:
Flashy
Ranged
Don't really care about funding. No idea how long I'll stick around.

Should I play one of these to fourth job or make a newer class?
Once again, looking for something more flashy and ranged.

I remember being a noob shade. In the boss arena. Then I saw a pro shade, and I was wowed by all of the vibrant colors. He actually killed my Cygnus o_o
Shades are good. But Zeroes are flashier.
you said flashy and ranged, but you didnt try zero?...You have not seen disco on the maplestory screen until you've played zero.
Zeroes are flashy, not sure if they're create-able atm though
Permanent beginner with snail shell. A little flashyness and a smidgen of range to boot!
Shade is flashy but may not really count as ranged but spirit claw has pretty decent reach. I think you may find thunder breakers fun tho, they have very fast and flashy skills and they can clear a map quite quickly if you use it correctly.

I haven't played the game in probably 3-4 years (actively) so I'm not really sure what's what anymore.
I'll check out Hayato for a bit and if not, hop on Mercedes
Hayato is long range melee if that counts as ranged. It's also quite fun to chain your multiple skills together.
If wind archer and Mercedes don't cut it for you then you might ass well quit.
If you couldnt handle mercedes nothing is for you
