You need 10 upgrades and there is still 12 days left of the event. You still have plenty of time.

Also, if you utilized the fact that you upgrade more than once a day if you level outside the level bracket.

For example, if you were level 29, and you finished 300 monsters. You can kill another 300 at level 30.

Requirement: Lv.13 or above

Accept the quest through the 'star' event notifier on the left side of the game window, or you can accept the quest directly from Gaga.
Eliminate 300 monsters within the level range specified in the quest to upgrade the belt.
The quest can be repeated each day. Each time you complete the quest, you can exchange the Absolute Belt into the upgraded version.
Belt can be upgraded up to level 10.
Quest can be obtained once per day.

Lv. 13-30
Lv. 31-50
Lv. 51-70
Lv. 71-90
Lv. 91-110
Lv. 111-130
Lv. 131-150
Lv. 151-250

Reward:

Absolute Belt 1: HMP +25 (7 day duration)
