Scrolling Recommendation

I've just used up the last of my slates/20% 8th anniversary scrolls to scroll my fafnir 1h sword to +4...
Do y'all think I should continue to scroll with the 8th anniversary stuff (problem being that there's a limit on slates), or should I gamble on the chance that Nexon will release shield scrolls again?
