You bake it with an oven, but I use a toaster oven.
Got the eyepins, lobster clasps, jump rings, and phonestraps all on eBay.
This looks awesome, but you should consider making a mouth. I mean you got that far, 1 straight line couldn't possibly screw this up.
Well done. You could've drew a mouth on it and outlined it and it would've been nicer.

I used polymer clay to make it, stuck an eye pin in there, then baked it in my toaster oven and glazed it. Bought stuff for the phonestrap part on eBay and put it all together. I learned mostly from this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNmjKREgM3g
There are tons of guides and videos out there, but it takes real patience for a hobby like this.
