Do people still play Halo 3?
I am about to finally fix my xbox 360 and the only games I have are pretty old.
I'm wondering if Halo 3 still has a decent player base or if it has been completely overshadowed by Reach and Halo 4.
I'm probably going to get Halo 4 anyway since it's like $20 on ebay.

halo 2 was shut down because it was on the orginal xbox servers.
Servers for the 360 games wont be shutting down until [b]xbox one[/b] is owned by most xbox customers.
But who knows maybe they wont even be shut down, depends how many people still play a game for a last gen consle.
Well arent they slowly shhutting down halo online servers? I thought i heard something about halo 2 being shut down.
The problem is halo 4 multipler is too different. Its lost many of the mechanics that once made it successful.
343 has no clue how to make a halo game as halo 4 was there first. And it failed miserably in terms of classic halo game play.
If halo 4 has the same game play as halo 2/3 it would be successfull. But it doesnt.
Take a look at cod it churns out the exact same game with every new release and they are still the most successful and most populated fps game on the market.

Wow I had no idea Halo 4 was going to tank like that. The multiplayer looks amazing.
