Idioms you use that you think others do not
I use "shelling out" a lot.
I.E. "I'm not shelling out $500 for the new XBOX!"
I never hear it and it even sounds alien to me when I say it.
I always say it though.
If you didn't know, to "shell out" means to spend a certain amount of money. I use it when I think something is overpriced or when I don't need to spend a certain amount of money on something.

I.E. "I'm not going to get naked for the new XBOX!"

If you didn't know, to "get naked" means to take off one's clothes. I use it when I want to touch myself or show affection to people of the opposite gender
