Issues logging in
hi basilers. my fiance and i are trying to log onto maplestory and cant. i was playing alright earlier but as soon as she made an account we keep getting this error message.
You cannot access the game for one of the following reasons: 1) the game world is down 2) you are accessing the game from a banned ip 3) your internet connection is not stable.
i was using this internet to connect earlier and it was fine and from what i can see, the servers are up. any help is greatly appriciated. Does it matter if we are both gaming from the same house?

it should be fine right about now. it's been happening on and off
