Why WOULDN'T it be?
You NEED Mastery even more than other classes. No Mastery=no Booster=no Speed Infusion. If you don't get Mastery, you are one of the most HORRID build makers I have EVER seen. While you don't need to max it ASAP, it should be one of the first few skills(Probably the first) you do max at second job.

You have to remember that Knuckle Mastery doesn't just give accuracy.
It also gives MASTERY. Which is indeed very valuable to many or if not all classes.
