What kind of polearm can I get?
I'm not really sure about the prices of polearms in Broa. Can I get any decent polearm with 800m or less? I know that PSB's are cheaper than Partisans, but I have four pieces of the Empress set. Would it make that big of a difference? I don't really want to buy a clean Partisan and scroll it myself cause I know that it'll take forever to get all the scrolls needed but I will if I have to. Thanks in advance.

Yup. Partisan.
Ehh, I think you should get like a 3l epic/unique clean partisan or so~ I think that it's the best thing to do.
At your level, you should really attempt to invest in the Partisan.
