Need workout or exercise advice

Hello. I wanted to know the best way to get my abdominal muscles to show. What exercises or workouts would be best? Right now I'm 5'10" and I'm 170 lbs with 14% body fat. Is there a certain amount of body fat I need to burn first before I can see my abdominal muscles or can I just start working on them now and they will eventually show? And how can I get the afterburn effect ?

Well. From what I've found is that to get the best results when trying to lose body fat, is to do a combination of weight lifting and cardio. Now, to attain a "6-pack" you need a diverse ab workout that targets all the abdominal muscles, which should include the obliques among others. A great workout that I've used is p90x's "Ab Ripper X" work out which you can find if you google search it. Do it every other day after your weight lifting session. After you finish Ab Ripper X, do you have 20-30 minutes of medium to heavy cardio. Now, for all of this to work, you need to have a healthy diet. ITS THE MOST CRITICAL PART!
