Probability of Nexon getting my gear back?

So near the start or January, I decided to QUIT Maple forever.
Obviously, like most people, I came back after 3 months of a Maple free life.
So i log in and to my surprise my gear is all gone. All my tradeables and my mesos vanished from my inventory.
So seeing that I quit again........ Until now.

I had a crave to maple again and hopefully start leveling my ol' Buccaneer again. But without my gear I would have to restart fresh.
I read a couple of old posts on random forums and even on basil here, claiming that some people had similar situations like mine AND that if you
submit a ticket that they will assist you.

I was really skeptical at first, but after going to support I was surprised to see a "Hacked Account" section on the tickets.
So I put my all the info required and now I'm just waiting.
Do you think it would work? I mean Diablo3 has a really awesome Account rollback system which can rollback your account to what it was before
a certain date (used it myself). I'm just wondering how Nexon's "Hacked Accounts" system will work?
It's obviously not just me with a hacked account .

Do you think it will work? Personally? I don't know. If it doesn't I'll have to restart fresh. Plus Nexon is KNOWN for long ticket answers (my longest: 6months).
I might be wrong about the long ticket answers though ( haven't submitted a ticket since my 6 month long wait). Maybe they changed?

TL/DR

Hacked account/Submitted ticket/Waiting for reply/Will it work?

0. They'll give you MaplePoints instead, if you're lucky.
No, no, no. Their ticket response time has improved recently. And by "recently," I mean ever since, like, two weeks ago. Send a ticket; you have nothing to lose, and you'll see that I'm right when they respond within the week, and probably with maple point compensation. They can't return your gear. They told me that they couldn't return mine; their response time to my ticket was two days, by the way.

Just send a ticket. They're better now.

edit: To others who sent tickets years/months ago, and are still waiting for a response: update your current tickets with new information, even if that "update" is just adding a polite version of "SUP, I'M STILL WAITIN'." It's pretty clear that Nexon has stopped focusing on their old tickets to cover their new ones. Updating your old ticket will bump your ticket, much as an old thread is bumped to the top of the forum page. At least, that's how it seems from what I've experienced. Or just write a new ticket.
Oh awesome Hopefully there is still luck

You guys are probably right. Even if they do give Maple Points they aren't gonna respond until 2013.
No chance, personal experience.
The Hacked Account section is just procedural, otherwise people would complain that they weren't doing anything.

Chances are after a couple of months, you'll get a message apologizing for your loss and crediting 5,000 NX to your account...

Actually a friend of mine was in a similar situation as you. He submimtted a ticket although he wasn't able to get his gears back, he did receive 250k maple points. I've heard stories of people getting up to 500k maple points as well. Presumably, Nexon has records of what items you had on your account at points in time, so they'd probably give you an amount that was somewhere around what your equips were worth.

Good luck though, takes them a while to get through tickets... </3

Most people who ask for compensations from being hacked only get 25k NX, so I don't think you'll be getting your stuff back.
ok so here's what you do...

Take 2 dice.

Roll them.

Add them together.

Multiply by 2.

If your answer is an odd number, you will get your stuff back.
My dice don't have dots on them.

Nope on getting items back but if you make a convincing ticket you might get some maple points

Nope, never. You'll probably get a compensation of about 250k+ Maplepoints.
