Recruiting Silent Crusade Help

Hi! So as you may or may not know.. I'm the author of the Silent Crusade Guide here on Basil.... and... I'm not currently able to complete the entire thing.
So I'm on the the Lyka quest (The Golden-Hoofed Ox), and I can't actually get to Lyka right now.
Finding the Lilynouch required for the Time Keeper's quest to get to the Road to Oblivion is.. just a pain in the arse.
So, I need the help of anyone who is currently on the quest or has completed it.

All I need to know is-

-Item and EXP rewards for the Lyka quest

-Are there any quests AFTER this quest? If so, could you provide me with:

-The quest name
-General outline of the NPC text (or you can type it out word for word, if that suits your fancy)
-What you actually need to do for the quest
-Item rewards for the quest
-EXP reward for the quest

And you're sure to get full credit for your contribution in the guide
