Transposing won't work. The item has to have some form of being potentially untradeable for some apparent reason.
Yes, considering it's lv 140 and literally the only conditions of xposing are that it's level 140-150
I've heard of the utgard katara not being able to by disappointed people that tried since it has an extra slot. I don't personally have an accurate answer though.
If it truly isnt transposable then nexon needs to state it somewhere
