Not receiving Alliance Unbound rewards

So I made a WA due to the new events and great rewards new players could receive. There is this event at the moment called the Cheering Event;

My WA is currently 36, and I haven't received any rewards regarding this event so far and the quest/event notifier is not showing this event for me. Any reason why it isn't rewarding me, or which NPC do I talk to to claim these rewards? Thanks in advance.
