Gollux minions and entry

So I know you get 3 keys per day...but how many times can you actually go in? I tried going in with a purple key from the shop and it said I already went in 6 time.

Also about the minions (normal mode) why is it that when I am doing the head (about 25% of the life remaining) the minions don't die. Is it a NL glitch? I saw damage but I could not kill them. At like 70% of gollux's healt (head) or 50 % I would 1 shot them but at some point, they were unkillable? My friend (who was with me) killed them really easly.
