Are CS cube better than Meister's cubes? If so what cube should you buy?

I'd use red cubes. You will have more. Black cubes have a higher chance to tier but we don't know by how much.

if you need any more price checks/merching tips ask em here http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2835774

my personal experience, is during miracle time red cubes did better for tiering up than black. i used about 300 of each and i never used more than 10 reds to get a tier up, most happened around 5 cubes in. black would take at least 10, and your paying almost double for them. i've never mass cubed outside of miracle so I wouldn't know for that. what i did when i cubed my stuff was reds to unique blacks to get unique to legendary.

@Axnslicer: We found that black cubes were better for tiering up from a Nexon employee and from the text on the cube itself.
As for the second part of the question, you are more likely to get weapon def and magic def %s from free cubes than cs cubes (again, this is personal experience and from others).
Are the stats ones all the same? Like is the red better than Meister or is the reset completely random?
And also does anyone know the % chance that a cube has of getting an item to tier up? (1%,5% ....?)
i rarely cube anything below unique pot but from anecdotal evidence (probably have used a few hundred of each):
unique to legend: around 25-30 black cubes (have never reach legend with the other types of cubes)
cubing stuff with master/meister/red: seems about the same to me (maybe red is a little better?idk). cubed many, many 15% stats with all 3 types

master and meister are definitely horrid.
three of those cubes literally just repositioned the order of the potentials.
I'd just go with redcubes for tiers.
black cubes are for those picky ppl who'd want to keep recubing for better stats but not lose their current if results are too crappy.

If you have ne master/meister, use em first and see if they'll tier up your equips, then decide whether you'd want to use CScubes.
I don't get how we'd be able to prove it without hearing from Nexon themselves. Most people will be able to tell you that cubing for stats with master/meister cubes gives much more useless lines however.
Same way we figured out Blacks were better than Reds for tiering up, after using 500 of each it just became obvious. In this particular case, I would like to know exactly what "useless lines" you're talking about. I've never gotten any lines with a crafted cube that I didn't also get with a Red/Black cube.
I've never really used a large number of Master/Meister cubes, can anyone verify this is true and not just confirmation bias?
