How do I let a girl down easy?
Title. One of my coworkers is into me but I don't have the same feelings towards her. She always wants to hang out and stuff but I don't want her to get the wrong idea mainly because I'm having feelings towards someone else.
How should I go about it?

Hm, maybe when you tell her you should remind her that you can't control how you feel about her friend just as much as she can't control how she feels about you?
Sometimes us girls can forget that when we're caught off- guard by news like that.
Make a deal with her that you'll still talk and hang out as much as you do now, if she can not be too awkward or jealous and accept/not try to change how you feel about her friend, if you accept/not try to change how she feels about you?
Just make sure whatever you do, you don't make up excuses or lies. She will find out the truth eventually, and it will just make it harder for her to take, and then she'll be confused and won't trust you.

I don't know, maybe because:
A)She calls me cute all the time
B)She told me she's having problems with her BF and that she'd be "pursuing" me afterwards (in different words)
C)She touches me all the time (not inappropriately..)
