Where to get Window 7? For Cheap Cheap Cheap
So i am building a pc atm and window 7 is a pain to spend, would torrent it, but i heard there has been some trouble even though 70% dont run into some trouble, but atm i am wondering where i can find window 7 for cheap prices/free for like students?

I don't know if this works all the time, but it does when you're bootcamping a Mac and need a Windows CD. Get a Windows 7 upgrade disk (a lot cheaper), do a clean install, then skip the activation. Run the disk again, but this time choose the upgrade option rather than the clean install option and activate it with your product key. My university gives out free Windows upgrades to all the students so I tried it out already on my Macbook.
Edit: I just looked up this method. It's called the double install method and it doesn't work on blank disks. It only works if someone wants to bootcamp their Macbook or needs to reinstall their version of Windows. Microsoft is fully aware of this and they even tell people to do it sometimes.
