Is this suppose to happen? Help on white mask please
So on the day mutiny started i made a db at lvl 50 with jumpstart with info going around saying old or new can obtain it i lvl it to 120 and now i didn't get anything no mount no mask and even clicked on the quest for mount and nothing..... is this suppose to happen if so please explain to me please and i already job advanced already

Thank you i got the owl just not the mask right now i am mad too but let see if they can resolve this situation
You can get it, but it is glitched right now. I already sent a ticket to Nexon. I'm so pissed because I made a new db from lvl 1 - 120 just for the mask. Hope they fix this soon before the event ends. By the way, you have your owl, I got mines at least but no mask after Mihile patch. Click yourself and click mounts and you should see it.
nope you can get it on jumpstart i have had friends and people posted on basil about receiving them on a jumpstart...... i just submitted a ticked but i'll see what will happen
i think its glitched right now
