Some general questions
I'm not super funded (Never been a damage mongerer) I have about 150m of funding
So should I stock up on illbis or steelys?
Also how many sets of stars are good to start out with?
I'm going dexless the whole way most like, have a decent bossing guild to help me get some items so what weaps should I be shooting for to hold me over until I can get an endgame item?
In terms of helm should I go for a Targa/Zak seeing as my guild can't CZak effectively since no bishops

I was considering making a UA sin for the fact of equipment, should I?
First of all, get %luck. It doesn't have to be 15%, just start out small. 2-3% on a few equipments will help build up your damage quite a bit.
Your stars should consist of steely sets, and maybe an illbi.
A claw should be around 60 attack. It's a nice claw to get to 130-140. Then you should try upgrading it to 70+.
That should be enough for 150m.
if you're going to start a NL fresh with 150 mil, i suggest steelys.
you should be more worried about your claw/armor, etc..
