Kenmore Self-Cleaning Oven
K so I have the flu, and I was going to clean the oven yesterday, but I couldn't so I am up now, and I am trying the self clean feature for the first time on this stove, I've had it for about 4 years, I've set the time to 2 hours, can anyone give me any tips on how long I should set it, and what should/should not be in there, and how I should ventilate the house etc.
It's been about 25 mins since I turned it on.
P.S. I feel llike crap right now, I got like 4 hours of sleep, and I don't want to sleep with the oven on.

K thanks, another question, am I supposed to smell stuff, I'm in the other room >> and I could smell the oven from upstairs, do I need to open the windows?
