Thunder Breaker Attack speed I will just make this as concise as possible. A thunder breaker with SI, and Booster, will be able to attack 10x faster (based on how fast you press the keys, and how you time it), if you combine ANY link skill with the vortex skill on cooldown. Bossing IS NOT an issue, because I pq with alot of people and end up killing the boss before they can even touch it, not because I can one hit, but because I attack the boss 5 times before they can even buff themselves. Lol don't play with lightning. We are the fastest attacking class in the entire game now, no if's and's or but's.
