Extreme lag in Event Hall?
After the Monster Tamer patch, I can't do anything in event hall. The screen extremely lags and am unable to stay there for long before the game stops responding. Anyone else having this problem? My computer specs are more than enough for this game, before you ask. I need to buy some things xD.

Regardless of computer specs, I've heard issues with players that had new computers / laptops that can sufficiently play games that demand hard processing or suggested best graphics settings such as BF / CODMW / SC2 etc
It's a loading programming bug. Cassandra NPC gets multiplied continuously, so only for the first 2 seconds you can move around in the map, then hundreds of them get stacked upon each other causing the screen to freeze completely. Nothing to do with PC specs.

Thanks to the poor coding on this game, we get a great experience in this tiny map called the Event Hall !
Same problem here too, furthest I've gotten was opening the New Year's Shop, then I'm stuck. Pre-patch, I was able to walk around find w/ slight lag, post-patch, it sucks =.= I needa spend my Yut coins...
Same here. The game is just poorly optimized and, in my estimation, just doesn't like to cooperate well with certain hardware. I can run Skyrim with 50+ mods and an emb at 1080p with 60+ frames while running Maple, but will lag out at HoH or lock up in Event Hall at times.
If you're after the red shop, there's one in Temple of Time. As for New Years, you're kinda SOL. I've found that closing out and restarting Maple is enough to get in and out of the shop, though still very laggy.
