ok so arkarium how much health does it have , what level do you have to be to kill it , what do you get out of it , how do you start it?

He isn't really difficult to kill him though if you have a descent party of mages
2.1b hp, summons that heal him by 10m every 3sec or so and are killable only by mages, DR, Seduce, transform you into a snake, OHKO full map attack, etc.
You can enter altar starting at lvl120, but considering he's lvl170, I wouldn't do it until lvl160+
You get dominator pendant recipe 100% of the time, sometimes one of his rings recipe, sometimes Timeless Persona recipe, 100% of the time a rock of time. Recipes are worthless, considering how hard it is to craft the object (except the cane one)
You start it by completing the SIlent Crusade, then going in the hidden portal completely to the right of the map "Three Doors". You enter the shattered mirror and select the Distorted dimension. Progress to the right and you'll see the entrance to the altar.
