Quick Question
So I was just gonna get 6 part empress for my new shad for kicks and whenever I'm getting like 6 part empress for my characters, I always end up debating between what the 6th part should be.
So what's the better 6th part? Cape or Shoulder

If it's for kicks, get the cheapest. That is unless you think you're going to stick with the shoulder later anyway, then get the shoulder.
i'd rather not sit with level 60 gear until 150 though......
Emp is so bad now, should've just skipped it for CRA equips.
i feel like you can get way better capes rather than shoulders.
