If I have 5 parts empress and 2 parts RA and I equip the scarlet claw, does that count as 6 part empress and 3 parts ra?

Joker items work on the set effect with the highest set id.
Ra has a higher set id than empress, but I believe it's lower than the meister set.
I think it's 3 parts RA and 5 parts Empress because RA is highest level or somethin
