Take advantage of clean slate events and the +5 att scrolls and u can perfect ur baselard for just around 1b.

The 50% scrolls alone costs like around 3bill, and with the hammers and everything else, it'll cost way over 5bill to perfectly scroll it.

A clean Baselard I'm guessing
Get a clean baselard (around 600-700m?) and slowly scroll it. When it's over 134 just sell your old dagger.
