Soul Driver vs Mihile's Soul Driver
Is it just me or is Mihile's Soul Driver faster or always the same speed regardless weapon speed? I was training at MP3 on my DW, and this UA DK tried to KS me and it seemed like his Mihale Soul Driver casted faster than mine, and he was using a Omega Spear (Normal 6, or Slow 7?) and I was using a Fast (5) 1H Sword. Booster included, of course.

I would have thought that UA skills were weaker than their original counterparts, but I'm not too sure :S
