Wheres my coupons?
I won the log off event two log offs in a row (I go on like once a week). And cause I have nice eyes and hair I never bother to check for the coupons, but now I noticed I never got them. I'm supposed to have two VIP Face coupons, but I don't. Could this be something to do with me being an UA and in light of the recent exploited UAs?
For the record, my UA is 100% legit, I have a Lv120 Dawn Warrior.

I got mine in the cash inventory, not the one in the cash shop the one with your whole items.(Equips, use, etc , set-ups and cash)
did yu go back to the cash shop within 72hrs of both log offs?
Do you usually get the item you've won? Because I think you have to log in within three days to collect the reward, otherwise it expires.
Had this problem on my brawler...
It took a week to finally get it ._.
